Shipping
We usually ship out order within 24 - 72 hours if the product you order is in stock. Please note that our inventory changes constantly, and all products on our website are not guaranteed to be in stock at time of purchase. If your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email immediately; so please provide a valid email address for contact purposes. It will take 2-3 more days for us to process your order if it is out of stock.
All of our order ships by USPS, DHL, Fedex or UPS. After we ship out your order, you will be receiving a tracking number and tracking method to your email, then you will be able to track the status of your order.
All of our products ship from Asia, which includes: HongKong, China, Taiwan, and Japan. Shipping takes appox 5 - 7 business days once it shipped.
Costs
Shipping is $12.50 per item to United States, UK and Canada (during the holiday we may offer free shipping for all purchase). Please email us at Royalsneakers@gmail.com for other shipping inquiries.
Exchanges only policy
All items are exchange only, the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the item has already been shipped. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. On Free Shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price but you will still be charged for round trip shipping costs incurred by www.royalsneakers.com. Please beware that you will have to ship back to our warehouse in China where we stock all the product.
We only exchange your order if we ship an incorrect or defective products. If the return product are neither incorrect or defected, we will ship back to your at your own shipping costs.
Any returns must be in their original packaging, unworn and good conditions. Items will not be authorized for return after 5 days from the delivery date. You are required to contact us of your return item ahead and get approval for exchange before you ship your product. After you have communicated with us of your return, you will have 30 days to ship back your product to us. We will process your exchange in 1-2 weeks and your return item will be shipped to you in 1-2 weeks.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order but your payment has already been processed. You have to contact us within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, we will not offer any refunds or exchanges.
Order Changing
Customers can change their shipping address and/or receiver at no charge. If you want to change the item that you have placed, you have to contact us within 24 hours. We will not charge you for item changing. After 24 hours you will have to pay $10 dollars for each item changing. Once again if the order has been shipped, we will not able to make any changes.
Currencies:
